Unexpected titlebars when using pytile in openbox

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In openbox rc.xml make an application class="*" which matches all 
applications. And set <decor>no</decor> 
2. exec openbox --reconfigure
3. spawn some terminals (verify that they don't have titlebars)
4. start pytyle2
5. ALT-A to start tyling mode

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Clients without a titlebar.
Instead: Clients with titlebars

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
pytyle2-hg 27-1 / Archlinux

Hmmm, is there any chance that the "decorations" option can fix this?

In the default config, you'll see it in the [Global] section, but it can go in 
any section.
