Strange behavior with center tile for some master sizes #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. In openbox with tint2 panel open just two windows in a desktop
2. Set the center tiler
3. Experiment with various master sizes
4. At some point the panel begins to appear and disappear while the background, 
maximized window grows over the panel location and shrinks again.
5. Change the master size and the strange behavior stops.
