Only script on server that is using too much cpu usage!

JimCRP commented 3 years ago

Got the same issue, started having these weird stutters randomly i think it started after we updated server artifacts not sure, but we discovered that these stutters are caused by random CPU spikes and those spiking resources are usually cfx-server-data ones such as spawmanager, basic-gamemode, monitor, etc. Anyone figured out what causes these? Profiler usually indicates that its a citizenthread that is causing the spike but does not really make sense why it would do that yet it does...

Did you ever figure out what was causing the CPU spiking for you?

I haven't been able to determine what causes these either, but I have a handful of people who have noticed it. Still trying to find patterns for repro.

This makes me so happy and sad at the same time knowing that i am not alone with this issue. I sort of thought at first that it was something one of our devs did, but after going trough all the recent changes i couldnt find any explanation as to why would base fivem resources start having weird CPU spikes all of a sudden so i figured that it must be either related to something in Fivem itself or newest artifacts etc. If i find something regarding this ill update here :)
