tweak(typo/resource): FiveM responsability #437

Following the actual sentance, it seems to be FiveM responsability on free resources wich is not. Switching from "paid resources" to "any resources".

Closing this after talking with someone in CFX team. This was purposely made for "paid" resources and not "any".
