Txd pool size #2724

What happened?

Can we get a bump up on txd pool size, I noticed going over to the game builds beyond 2802 exceeds the current pool size and it is not enough as of now and some servers are stuck on 2802

Expected result

Increase txd pool size

Reproduction steps

Get a stable running server with reasonable streaming assets (clothes, cars and MLOs) , increase the game build and monitor the txd size
