Forgot your password email #228

Link in email is broken to change the password. This will be an issue for everyone from Basin Buddy who needs to set up a new account on the Adopt a Drain site.

Problem

If "forgot your password" doesn't work then the basin buddies can't reset their accounts.
This seems to be related to mobile devices

I just signed up for the adopt a drain, but i didn't get and welcome or verification email. could this be linked to this issue? maybe there is no communication with the SMTP connector or something. I don't really know where to start on this but I will keep poking around.

I tried to reproduce this both in local development and on an Android tablet. I was able to reset my password in both environments. Would you try this again and give me more details on what doesn't work?
