Created an initial design and am working on instructions to add it to personal computers. But the html seems to break in threaded emails.

People should be discouraged from using signatures in more than the original message, anyway, as they tend to clutter up the view and interfere with a proper reading. This is especially true for large signatures (not saying that's what your design is). Oh, and email apps tend to break things like this, because they are much more strict and limited with the html.
