Remove hero image on sub pages #23

makes changes to partials for header so that hero image only shown on homepage. Sub pages to have orange banner (see contact page for example)

Images have been removed. Would like to make Orange top banner smaller.

Change of plans, added back hero image -- but made separate hero image for each sub page. Perhaps we can revisit this after launch
