Misc: Branding of preview graphic and associated text #1122

@ilmartyrk I noticed on Slack the preview is the old branding (black background). If there are optimal dimensions for this I can send you a new graphic to switch?

@MeelikaH tagging you too just FYI :)

I'm proposing the following text based on our now standard blurbs, but will wait for a second opinion from @MeelikaH before changing in the strings.

Citizen OS - a free participation platform for civil society. Citizen OS helps you gather ideas, discuss, vote, and make decisions together.

I'm also attaching a 1080x1080 image with the refreshed branding to switch, hope the dimensions are OK.

Will add 'small' task label as it seems like it must be :)
