ARGUMENT: Argument needs refresh #1309

What is the problem? Tested in Google Chrome, incognito on Mac OS in Test Environment

Arguments don't appear without a refresh (see screen recording). Issue occurs only in Test, not in Live and occurs regardless of whether the topic is Discussion or Ideation.

Why is this a problem? User will have no idea that their Argument has been added. High priority label added, as it would make user tests difficult.

Possible solution. Arguments should appear without refresh
