What is the problem? Tested in Google Chrome, incognito mode
In Google Chrome incognito mode, no error message was displayed for adding a header image above 5MB. Nevertheless, the image was not added, due to the size limit (see screen recording).

Why is this a problem? Users won't know why they cannot add a header image i.e size limit
Possible solution. Error message should be displayed indicating that the file size is too large.
