What is the problem? Tested in Mac OS Google Chrome in Live environment
When a user tries to register with accepting Terms and Conditions, they don't receive a prompt asking them to accept the Terms and conditions. The button just doesn't work (see screen recording).

Why is this a problem? User might not realise that they need to accept the Terms and Conditions, and would assume the registration button doesn't work.
Possible solution. This prompt should be there in the live environment as well (screenshot1)
