VOTING: Voting results showed in 'Topic' tab as well as 'Voting' on mobile #1363

In a test, on mobile (Android, Chrome), when user followed link to topic to see the voting results, they showed in the first tab ('Topic') as well as in the 'Voting' tab. (Also see overflowing intro text, in topic tab).

I noticed in the test recording that the same thing happened (in the same topic, same test) when the topic moved to follow-up as well:
