VOTING: Text changes for 'send reminder to vote' pop-up

Based on a past UX test insight (and a grammatical error spotted), I've tweaked the text for this pop-up, to make it a bit clearer to whom it gets sent. (The user was creating a public topic via share link, so he was confused about who would receive a reminder).

I have edited the texts to this, in the ideation branch translation strings - I hope this was still the correct place to do it?

I also noticed that when there is no vote deadline, it just says 'Please cast your vote!' which is a bit abrupt/odd, and with a double exclamation mark which is a bit too much.

So I edited it here, as follows. Again I hope this was still the correct place. @oksks @ilmartyrk, if all OK, please just close the issue :)

As discussed in the call today, it wasn't the correct place, but this one can be closed once @ilmartyrk has merged the ideation branch :)
