2 weeks ago I would have them at the top divided by a 1px line (#E1E7EE). But maybe we need to add some more?

In user tests, some users pointed out a need for topic location options to be wider than just country.
Ones that came up were:
As the use cases had either an international focus, or a European focus. So the country wasn't so relevant to them.
Not sure which wording is best - Global or International
And of course if we're going to add Europe, we should add all regions :)
@kevincrepin how would you suggest we add these options to the current design?
