IS: User received an error while sending multiple batches of invitation requests #1647

What is the problem? Tested in Google Chrome in Windows

A user reported receiving an error message (Screenshot1) after sending the fifth batch of invitations (screenshot1). User needed to send over 250 invitations at once but needed to send it in batches as system only allows 50 emails at a time (https://github.com/citizenos/citizenos-fe/issues/1633).

Additionally, the user reported that they needed to wait between 12-15 minutes in order to send the 3rd and 4th batches of invitations.

Why is this a problem? User had to spend a lot of time sending invitations

Possible solution. @ilmartyrk not sure - user was able to send invitations in the end but it took a long time.
