Topic: Users get frustrated having to put Country and Language in each time

When making new topics, users get frustrated at having to repeatedly choose their Country and Language from the drop-down box. (Side note: they don't seem to realise they can skip it if they want to, but if they had I would assume they would, as they were getting fed up with repeatedly putting it in).

They've suggested a few different things:

• That it should remember what they put previously
• That it could be so that you set them for the group, then any topic you make in that group has them pre-selected by default
• That for language it could automatically preselect based on the country they are in or the language they were using the platform in (though he himself had previously said he prefers to use it in English as it "usually works better").

@anettlinno @BeccaMelhuish lets push it to Phase II. I think that it is not that big of an issue, users don't usually create many topics at the time and changing the location/language settings of the topic are usually done one time and can always be changed. We could possibly add changes to the flow if topic is created to a group, but don't see it as a priority for now
