image import through the API #21

Any idea how I can import images to a pad using the sethtml api from Etherpad?

Should be fixed through https://github.com/citizenos/ep_image_upload/commit/fa254c3245cfd08f751f4b7aa4eb9d02b754e70b

Will add some test coverage.
