• [ ] fireworks in tables take up extra space, replace with red text
• [x] make “Requires recreation” the 2nd column
• [x] logical resource ids are still looooooong even after trimming. Trim more heavily?
• [ ] calculating change sets only makes sense if the change set is calculated on a the merge result with the base branch. Otherwise the changeset should be interpreted as “what would happen if I deploy this PR to ….”. Does the same apply to the diff?
• [x] Use second template with collapsed diff

Text colour comes with some pretty significant downsides, naimly that it cannot be copy-pasted, is not supported on mobile at all and support for it on desktop is very flaky.
