Store Subreddit Users in Database #15

Table of users

screen name
reddit id
year they joined
created_at (when the record was created)
user_json_when_added

User-subreddit relationships, with a timestamps for

first seen
last seen

For now, base it on posts. Later, it might be based on looking at comments or moderation activity.
