Community offline !== you being offline. #191

The fix for #146 introduced new issues.

  1. It says that the community is offline if you are offline but that's a very different thing.

Maybe we should have an endpoint that returns the offlines communities (or if a given community is offline). That way it's clear: if no response: the user is offline.

  1. When going back online, the message stays.
