Writing each dedup type out for consistency, since blocksci::for_each loops in ascending order on OSX and descending order on Ubuntu.
Adding command line option to store output in a file

Checksums in additional data changed in the last commit due to 0a1f2d4958649f4e7b63d4ff670db6580597239a

Now printing type for every hash, making it easier to understand output when using diff. I will add a diff check into the CI builds.
