blocksci_parser was running fine until about 80.9% where it stalled for several hours. Had to be interrupted. Went to restart then this:
$ blocksci_parser ./blocksci_parser.config update

Using doctor reveals nothing. blocksci_check_integrity fails immediately with
$blocksci_check_integrity ./blocksci_parser.config

I understand that recommended RAM is >=60GB, but with swapfile on ssd etc, I dont see why this would suddenly stop working.
