Implement the SocialMediaAccountExposure study module #24

This module should record when a user sees social media content from a known news outlet Twitter handle, Facebook page, or YouTube channel. A good initial implementation would be a platform-specific content script that extracts the account responsible for each piece of content and compares it to our list of known accounts.
