Select research questions and statistics for reporting #27

We should have a good understanding of:

  1. What are the precise research questions about news consumption, exposure, and sharing that we want to answer?
  2. What are the specific statistics we are going to generate and test (client-side and server-side) to answer those questions?

It describes the data that the client needs to collect, the preprocessing that the server needs to do, and our specific research questions and analysis methods.
