At present, only background scripts can receive updates about page attention status. We should implement functionality to automatically send messages to content scripts on a page when the page gains or loses user attention. This will be useful for, at minimum, LinkExposure, SocialMediaAccountExposure, and SocialMediaNewsExposure studies.
