The "More" sub-menu rarely functions #391

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Hit the menu button to bring up the menu
2. Select the "More" button to bring up more options
3. Try to click "List tracks," "Settings," "About," or Contribute."

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I expect to go to the 
next screen, but 90% of the time, my touching the screen does nothing.

Which Android device are you using? Samsung Galaxy S4

What version of Android are you running? 4.2.2

What version of the Open GPS Tracker are you running? The most recent.
