[ ] Clicking the card will take you to the Symptoms
[ ] should work the same
[ ] scheduler: remind me at this time and date

@spallin can you remind me if you want to have a Symptoms Reminder Card View that is shown upon clicking the Card? Can we keep it simple and redirect directly to the Symptoms View? Is there a reason to have an intermediate View?
