On upload warn users that they could potentially be uploading a lot of data #33

Have a pop up on upload informing the user that they could potentially be uploading a lot of data and may want to do it while connected via wifi rather than network. This could happen as soon as they hit the Upload button.

When uploading using a mobile network connection have a popup window stating:

"iMapInvasives Field is about are upload a potentially large amount of data over your mobile network. Select "Cancel if you would like to wait until your are connected to WIFI or select Continue to upload now" Have buttons that say "Cancel" and "Continue"

If Cancel is selected have a second popup reminder: "Please restart the upload once connected to WIFI" Have an "OK" button to close window.
