Dependency on Citrix.DeveloperNetwork.StoreFront #1

Solution fails to build because it is dependent on Citrix.DeveloperNetwork.StoreFront which is not present in it.

@davidgarc The referenced dll should be available via the blog post. I just checked and it looks like the link is broken. I'm working on getting the dll to you so the solution can compile. We didnt included here as it is somewhat SF version dependent
