DaaS Environment Support for CitrixCloudGov #28

In 'internal/provider/provider.go' there is support for Citrix Cloud and Citrix Cloud Japan but there is no support defined for Citrix Cloud Government. Requesting the endpoint URLs be added for CitrixCloudGov support.

Citrix Cloud Gov support for terraform provider is in our roadmap. Once the support is released we will tag it in this thread.

Please check out our latest release tagged in the issue thread. We have added support for Citrix Cloud Gov environment.
