First of all, thanks for the awesome job of releasing this gem. It was a great start to help integrate wholesaler functionality for my client's e-commerce site.

I've made some significant updates to make the gem 0.70.x compatible. Given the needs for my client, I did some extensive update to make the gem to work with 0.70. I'm aware of other branches and all my changes include one or another of other people's updates, although my updates all came from me.

I've added the ability for wholesale accounts to be updated. Otherwise, I've cleaned up and refactored the codebase to be 0.70.x compatible. I also did my best to not influence the current features based on my client's needs but tried to limit it to minor feature updates and small bug fixes. All the tests are passing except for the weird testmail paths errors.
