Fix up BOM #3

Correct capacitor quantities; there's one more 10uF and one fewer 0.1uF
Fold both separate 1KΩ resistors into one line item
Add the missing R21 and R22 10KΩ resistors and update the quantity

There's still the question I raised on the Classic Gaming Discord channel, the schematic in KiCad says R1 is 150Ω but the BOM says this is a 300KΩ part. Which is correct here?

R1 should be 300k.

I will post the latest version of this design which is more geared for assembly as it has many less through hole parts.
