Add multiple version contract support and use API #133

This PR brings all the changes from develop to main for a release, including:

redesigned user state using Jotai atoms
redesigned data fetching using CityCoins API
redesigned UX using more table-row type layouts
adds dashboard with mining/stacking statistics
adds mining claims that auto select V1/V2 based on block height
adds stacking claims that show V1/V2 results and claim options

There is definitely still more to be done, but at this point everything looks to be stable and should be easy to expand on.

Note: This is currently using the development API link until the next release is out with V1/V2 support.
