Changed substr to substring for only 1 file couldn't find other files #148

For components>Address.js changed the substr to substring, but the rest of the file I couldn't find.. Can anyone help? I'm new to this trying to learn Thank you

Thanks for jumping in! The most up-to-date code to work with is on the develop branch.

Since this one was assigned to another user I'm closing this PR in favor of #149, but if you see anything else you'd like to work on please comment on the issue and I can assign it.
