Color mismatch in Building Report #105

The values represented in the Building Report are always in orange regardless of whether they are good or bad.

Below, the correct colors for Adams Elementary (yellow-green EUI, green Energy Star) screen shot 2017-08-18 at 2 26 38 pm

Below, the numbers and the bars are rendered in orange instead of yellow-green: screen shot 2017-08-18 at 2 26 44 pm

If we are not going to color these meaningfully, we should use the default Seattle blue.

BUT, if we are going to color them by value, the bars should color based on the coloration of the general energy star (or EUI) histograms, and the number should be the same color it was in the popup.
