Adjust index.cache.field.type #250

In an effort to releave JVM heap pressure, change

ElasticSearch change  `index.cache.field.type` option to switch it to `soft`

and see whether the node stats improve.

Not sure if heap growth has been improved really image

Although once it reaches about 60% of the max allowed, it does seem to "event" old data more frequently
