Document performance / cost characteristics #29

Write a wiki page documenting the performance and cost characteristics of running on AWS.

This should cover:

  1. The cost / GB of log storage
  2. The cost / 1000 searches
  3. The time / cost of importing logs
  4. Other?

While the prerequisites for assessing this seem to be available meanwhile, it seems to be easier to achieve during the next milestone dedicated to Gather performance metrics anyway, so I've rescheduled it accordingly.
