Elasticsearch 1.0.1 #360

This will switch us to elasticsearch 1.0.1 and it drops kibana access from the frontend (although it still runs the provisioning scripts; needs a subsequent refactor once we're sure we no longer want it here).

Also, it's now installing the elastichq plugin (accessible at /_plugin/HQ) - avoids us having to mess with the cloud version and entering whichever cluster host we want to look at.
