Add present/absent variables: "templates", "geometry-templates", "transform", "extensions"
Change date formatting in metadata to be more in-line with ISO 19115
Simplify CityObjectGroup in metadata to avoid double counting of features
Make presence/absence a definition in metadata schema
Add metadata for extensions

Updated and updated dummy data, I also revamped and added an Appearance section. Validated for me. Let me know if you want me to update the specs.

@hugoledoux Is there any update on that? I think especially the metadata related to appearance is quite interesting to have.
