Inconsistency in v1.1 specs - Extensions geometry #95

It is stated in the specifications of v1.1 that CityObjects may have a geometry. But in the Extensions part it is written as:

A new City Object must conform to the rules of CityJSON, ie it must contain a property "type" and one "geometry.
