[Bug]: Can't use Command and Control modiffiers at the same time on MacOS #23

Expected result

Command and Control can be assigned as a separate keys for modifiers.

Actual result

Ctrl in game means Command when right click emulation is on Ctrl+Click and as Control if not. It's a vanilla issue but it affects cmclient more because of the configurable modifiers.

Steps to reproduce

Solution would be to add command handling and treat mouse emulation as another configurable modifier
