IE7 buttons etc #227

The button on 'Additional Instructions' seems to OK, use that for the other ones. Reduce the with of the textarea as IE7 adds scrollbars incorrectly which buggers the display a bit. The plus buttons are a bit iffy

Check the font stuff for the warning dialogs, some of them are a bit different
