This will be a special menu item where the user can choose several items for a standard charge. For example something like:
Lunchtime meal deal, any starter, any main course and any drink for £20
For first cut, going to have the items managed in the specials section rather than just link to a menu category for the list of options, this will make data management and display a lot easier and will be good enough to start with.
For the next cut, might want to have certain choices carry an extra charge but I don't think we need to implement it until we find a restaurant which needs it.
