Flashing should work in Linux too #4

At the moment there is a "flasher" utility in the linux codebase, which
worked on a special firmware fork not compatible with the mainline
firmware. It should be updated to enable flashing the firmware on Linux,
just like the "prox load" or "prox fpga" commands.

I think this was completed, yes? I don't have linux so I cannot test.

I can confirm it works, flashed the OS & FPGA image a few hours ago...

You have to use the "flasher" utility in the "linux" directory.
