When adding/updating a Person, User cannot change the name in the line item doesnt have if the selection is not allowed. User has to search for a different user instead
Cannot edit info "Event Start Date" under my profile
Info "Letter sent to abutting Owner/Occ date defaults to Jan 01, 1900; needs to be changed

USER did not have the option to pay fees generated When Accepting and approving the Vendor Intake and Review Process
Cannot expire folder during renewals by hard status change or date change
Properties can only be added one at a time instead of multi-select

## Main Concerns:

ORA SQL Error when entering "Approved" attempt
Couldnt do a multi-Property select
Cannot edit "Event Start Date" Info
Cannot hard expire via date change or actually changing the Status
