Met with Mica and we started the UAT of AMANDA V7. Below are the notes from the UAT: Folder: 2020 180070 000 RW RSN:12594385

• Cannot Create permit under current Role/Group. User login/Group/Role issue; Card created
• Cannot Update existing infos under own profile Had to use mine

• Conditions Field in the Folder tab does not have the drop down infos
• "Approved" Attempt on Event Review Process gave an ORA error on Both Attempt screens (Screenshot in folder)

• Only Info that gave error was on "Event Review" Process PREVENTS Folder Issuance
• Work Around is to manually "Expire" the process
• Changed Event Review Process to "Awaiting Update" with no errors
• My login/Role did not allow Mica to edit the info "Total Days of Permit Validity" They sometimes have to change this but it may be a rule within the Event Review Process that may not be allowing it to be edited until Approved
• Tried to email from the Email/Print in the Options and received an error (Screenshot in folder) but still received the email;

SQL [insert into AMANDA.Email (Attachment, EmailBCC, EmailComment, EmailForm, EmailRSN, EmailTo, FolderRSN, Message, PrintFlag, SentFlag, StampUser, Subject, TableName, TableRSN, StmpDate) values (?.?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?)]; ORA-01031: insufficient privileges

• Valet Operator Permit(email) option gives same SQL error
• No Option to Pay Billed FeesMay be due to Login/Role/Profile
• Voided Fees; tried to Issues/Approve and got same ORA error
• Valet Fee was inserted but not the 4% Fee; It is inserted after Approving the "Valet Operator Intake" Process
• Ask if there will be other fees that need to be inserted

Main Issues Found:
