3 years ago Performed the UAT for the RW - Valet Parking Annual folder with Micaela. Below are the issues found by Micaela:
RW - Valet Parking Annual Folder: 2020 177742 000 00 RSN: 12591642
- Info Event Start Date is not editable
- Event Review Process needs to be taken out since it's not needed
- Attempt of "Approved" on "Event Review" Process gives same ORA Error
- ORA Error when entering an "Approved" attempt in "Event Review" process from Popup Menu and main Attempt menu
ORA-06592: CASE not found while executing CASE statement ORA-06512: at "AMANDA.COA_FOLDER_FEES", line 546 ORA-06512: at "AMANDA.DEFAULTFEE_RW_50141", line 8 ORA-06512: at "AMANDA.PROCESS_RW_00050560", line 192 ORA-06512: at "AMANDA.DEFAULTPROCESS_RW_00050560", line 5 ORA-06512: at 1
- Cannot do a hard status change on folders. This may be needed if a process doesnt change the status to what it needs to be. They would have to change the expired date, enter an attempt, comment and then issue the folder in order to change the status to active
- Info tab does not have Info called or question asking if the applicant needs "Valet Parking Meter Hoods small", "Parking Meter Hood Large", "Valet Sign Installation Small" , "Valet Sign Installation Large" to calculate fees
- Mica cannot make cash or credit payments. May have to do with PLA permissions or cashier rights but it still allowed her to pay via check
- Updating the annual renewal allows for issuance even with a renewal fee unpaid
Main Concerns in Order of Importance:
