Q: What is plan b if we can't do conflict detection in AMANDA anymore? A: ROWPACT won't meet our needs. We may have to stop using AMANDA if this can't be fixed.

The reason ROWPACT doesn't meet their needs is because ROW needs to look at recently expired permits, especially EX permits. They also need to look at permits not yet issued to coordinate activity not yet approved. (P-L0)

Not yet issued: Pending, Internet Pending, Pending Payment, In Review, Pending Customer Action

I just tested with our traffic control inspectors. They cannot do their jobs at all without the ability to search all folders for street segments.
