Howdy,

April and I were testing the SCP folder today and hit an issue we can’t move around. The SCP Case Manager document is throwing an error and won’t generate. See screenshot below. I’ve rescheduled SCP testing for 1/5. Can we get this corrected by then?

Extra Info: In V6 we would have been able to keep working on this by doing a manual process status update from Rejected to Approved. But V7 won’t allow the user to update a process status manually. Not being able to manually update a process status could be a show-stopper enterprise wide.

This was fixed by updating my Word Trust settings.
